He is responsible for attracting and managing top talent at Enlight Engineering, analyzing IT market trends and driving the company's recruitment and employer branding strategy.
Before joining Enlight Engineering, Miloš worked as an HR professional for six years, primarily in business partner roles within the IT industry, which helped him gain expertise in general HR processes.
