Job Description

We are an international IT partner for software engineering and consulting. Our software engineering teams help software-dependent companies through long-term partnerships. With clients’ domain knowledge and our software development expertise, we create reliable products together, while allowing clients to focus on businesses, providing full transparency and optimizing resources.

We operate using a nearshoring model and work on long-term, complex international projects that require continuous relationship development with existing clients, as well as proactive acquisition of new ones. As we are currently in a phase of focused growth, we are looking for a motivated team member to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound activities
  • Research target companies and decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities
  • Conduct B2B outbound calls to prospective business clients
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and interest level
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (activities, call notes, contact details, lead status)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and targeting

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, sales development, or similar roles
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions and actively listen
  • Customer and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn about our services, industries, and solutions
  • Ability to adapt to different client communication styles and situations
  • Comfortable working with targets related to lead volume and lead quality
  • Reliable, responsible, and results-driven personality.

Nice to have:

  • Experience or background in the IT industry or working with IT clients
  • Knowledge of industry classifications and market sectors  
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)  
  • Basic knowledge of prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, D&B Hoovers, Crunchbase, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with DACH market clients.
