Branko Vukovac is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in human resources development. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the Faculty of Technical Science in Novi Sad. With his extensive academic knowledge and practical expertise, Branko works closely with the executive team on defining and implementing company strategy.
Prior to his role in Enlight Engineering, Branko worked as a HR Business Partner Team Lead in Inspira Group. As the Head of People Operations at Enlight Engineering, Branko Vukovac oversees a wide range of activities related to human resources and organizational development, such as full cycle recruitment support, performance management and learning and development strategy and implementation.
